The Beginning
Mother Earth helped Simone to remember his dharma, which is to hold space for other souls by helping them to come back home to their Hearts
Simone, took his first breath in this human body in a little town surrounded by mountains, cold rivers, wild animals, tall ancient wise trees and rock people, in the North-West of Italy.
He has been moving around since a young age looking for a physical place to call home, when he finally realised that this place has always been there within us all, at the Heart centre.
His special relationship with the Elements and Pachamama started from his childhood, but links back to many past lifetimes of exploring rituals and sitting in plant medicine ceremonies. Mother Earth helped him remember his dharma, which is to hold space for other souls by helping them to come back home to their Hearts and so be able to release traumas, attachments or deep inner wounds.
His spiritual journey began when he was looking for a way to stop escaping from emotions. Yoga showed him through movements and the peaceful stillness of meditation coming afterwards, how to feel the body in all its deep layers and release stress or discomfort coming from the ego-mind.
Simone felt the need to become aware of past life lessons, in order to make them available in the present moment and be able to release unhealthy karmic patterns. This brought him to sit on multiple occasions with the tool of Past Life Regression, guided by his dear brother and teacher Ben Sofowora.
PLR helped him as well to reconnect with his ancestral healing gifts, understanding energies and allowing him to feel a deep connection with the Source of Things. This is when Reiki came into his life, after receiving reiki healing from different healers he felt the call to deepen his connection with this Universal Energy, so after years of practice and learning he finally became a Reiki Master, under the guidance of his teacher Loretta De Pellegrin.
Reiki has been a fundamental part of his healing journey that brought him to being present in many spiritual spaces, mainly where sacred cacao was present. Cacao came into his life when he found a deeper calling to heal the wounds of his own heart, thanks to his dear teacher Renée McCready who helped him to learn the old ways to connect with this sacred medicine in the most ritualistic way.
Cacao has been a major tool to connect with for his own healing, growth and expansion into unconditional love. This path of awakening brought him to feel the need to embody within all the teachings of the ancient Shamanic practices and traditions, which he has been connecting in the many Cacao and different plant medicine journeys he sat in.
This is the reason why he joined some Renée’s courses about learning protocols of how to hold ceremonial space, connecting with the elements and the plants + flower kingdom. Those teachings completely changed his vision of life, helped him to feel more aligned with his path and deepened his relationship with himself and others, the Elements + Pachamama.
Meanwhile, he was still looking for a way to deepen his connection within mind-body-spirit, Sian Pascale, creator of the online yoga studio called The Light Collective, guided him to study meditation, pranayama and kundalini yoga kriyas in a year long mentorship.
The connection with those ancient practices helped Simone to understand how to feel stuck emotions within the body + mind, and also have a vast range of tools to shift energies + release them, with breath, movements and deep listening.
After years of practice, study and deep embodiment, Simone became a certified space holder, ceremonialist, Cacao facilitator, Reiki Master and meditation + pranayama teacher. He draws upon different tools in his offerings, in reverence of the lineage that he has be initiated in, such as reiki healing, guided meditation, ancient Yogi’s techniques of pranayama, Kundalini Himalayan kriyas and sound melodies, which he often combines in Sacred Cacao plant medicine journeys.
Welcome to Elementals Love Aloha, which was created from a higher call to share the love and reverence for the teachings of the natural world. This space reflects Simone’s values of sharing a deep connection with the Elements, which are all around and within everyone of us. Meanwhile walking the path with an open heart full of Unconditional Love and doing the best he can to embrace the Spirit of Aloha.
Simone here is sharing these teachings through a new way of felt-sense + embodiment, integrating them in his daily life, showing how we are all interconnected to one another, to Mother Nature and the Source of Energies above us all.
